We understand that not all of our selected properties fit ideally into what our clients are looking for. You will probably have a very clear idea about what you want your new home to like. The problem for most of our clients is that while they know what they want, the biggest draw back to them is time, whether because of training commitments or appearances or simply work load, means that their ultimate dream always seems to be just that one step ahead of them.

This is why we are offering our “Bespoke Search & Selection Service” to selected clients. The process is to fully understand what it is you’re looking for and why, where you want this to be located, and your budget requirements, exit strategies where applicable.

This will mean a couple of initial visits with you by one of our more experienced professionals. Once we have the full picture that everyone agrees on, we go to the chosen location, select properties that fit your criteria, and invite you out to inspect them. At this stage we then negotiate direct with developers on your behalf. This is a fee based service, the level of which will depend on the level of our involvement.

Once you make your decision our legal & finance teams take over making sure that the property you’ve chosen is genuine and meets our exacting standards, and that any financing can be sorted out as quickly and efficiently as possible.
